Budget frameworks are stress-tested, programme milestones are benchmarked against regional norms, and a risk register is established as a living document that travels with the project from day one.

We appoint and coordinate the full consultant team — structural engineers, quantity surveyors, geotechnical specialists, heritage consultants, and MEP engineers. Every appointment is scope-aligned, fee-negotiated, and contractually structured under our coordination authority to eliminate inter-disciplinary gaps.

We develop the tender documentation, manage the contractor evaluation process, and negotiate construction contracts. Whether the model is a negotiated fixed-price, design-and-build, or construction-management approach, we structure the agreement to protect the client investment and the design intent simultaneously.

Fortnightly site inspections monitor progress against programme, quality against specification, and expenditure against budget. We chair site meetings, issue minutes, certify interim payments, and manage all variation orders. The goal is proactive intervention — catching deviations before they become defects.

Our digital layer supplements physical inspections. Drone flyovers generate progress-comparison overlays, 360-degree site captures create a timestamped visual archive, and real-time dashboards give you project health metrics from anywhere in the world. This is particularly valuable for cross-border clients managing RSA builds from the UK or vice versa.

We compile a comprehensive snag list, manage the contractor rectification programme, and certify practical completion only when the finished product meets the documented standard. Post-handover, we monitor the defects-liability period, tracking any warranty claims and ensuring the contractor fulfils every outstanding obligation.
